Combining classes, hands-on workshops, and group sessions with expert instruction, learn about the gem of Indian philosophy, Non Dual Śaiva Tantra. Yoga asana training includes a methodology for learning the families of postures and the purposes of each.

The history of yoga is often misrepresented due to its complexity. We will approach history from an academic perspective with knowledge of the groundbreaking leading scholars in the field.

Students will gain the complete knowledge of the diverse philosophies of Indian yoga.

Non-Dual Tantra
Tantric paths are supremely direct and immediate. Awakening in this life we find what we seek, is already whole and our natural self. Through this training you will learn techniques and philosophies that directly change your life through the power of awareness.
Anatomy
We will learn structures of the body--muscles, bones, joints, nerves and connective tissue--are in a user-friendly style, with short, interactive practice sessions to bring the information alive in the moment.
Intelligent Sequencing
There is an art and science to yoga sequencing. The “science of yoga sequencing” refers to the body of knowledge of seamless flow from position to position while being aware of how it effects the nervous system. Through this program you will learn strategy to know WHY and HOW to design therapeutic yoga sequencing.
Pranayama
Students will learn the transformational breathing techniques at the heart of yoga.
Ancient-to-modern pranayama techniques help us awaken and balance our energy, steady our emotions, clear our minds and support our overall health and wellbeing.

Program Lead
Jesse Molina - Bio
Jesse Molina started her career early with dance from age four, and yoga from age thirteen. She began teaching ballet and modern dance at the age of sixteen. After high school, she moved to New York City and attended Alvin Ailey School of Dance on scholarship in the professional division. After graduating from the Alvin Ailey program she moved to Lawrence, KS where she danced with the Lawrence Arts Center 940 dance company. She attended the University the Kansas where she received a BFA in Expanded Media and a BGS in Art History.
In 2013, she received her yoga teacher certification under Kathleen Kastner of Maya Yoga. Since then she has been teaching a variety of yoga disciplines and meditation.
Jesse’s goal and aspiration through teaching is to bring balance into her students lives through the practice of asana, breath, and meditation. With teaching correct technical foundation in the asana positions, she focuses on bringing meditative practices to create a holistic approach to yoga that carries over into her students every day life.
